Privacy on Pathways

Pathways is operated by Tributary Foundation.

Campaign information

Campaign requests include your contact details and the information you submit. Requests are private until reviewed. Public campaign pages show approved content. Do not submit medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Donations

Givebutter handles payment details and donation receipts. Foundation staff may record confirmed transaction amounts and references in Pathways. Donor details are not published automatically.

Cookies and browser storage

Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie that is required for authenticated access. The public Pathways experience does not require advertising cookies. An embedded Givebutter form loads only after you choose to open it; Givebutter may then use its own cookies or browser storage under its privacy terms.

Data security

Authenticated sessions are restricted to secure first-party cookies. Administrative and sensitive routes are not intended for public indexing and are served with private or no-store caching controls. Payment events are verified by the payment provider’s signed webhook process, and private uploads use short-lived signed upload access rather than public storage credentials.

Questions or requests

Contact the Foundation about access, corrections, or deletion of information. Some records may need to be retained for financial or organizational obligations.
